Lernel is an AI course generator operated by Offerae LLC, a Florida limited liability company. From a topic, a document, or a book, Lernel writes the lessons, designs the slides, records the narration, builds quizzes, and hands you a finished course — hosted on your own site with a sales page and student logins, ready to sell.
An optional add-on, the AI Manager (a ClawBiz product, also operated by Offerae LLC), runs the marketing side of your course from Telegram — briefings, metrics, on-brand content, social posts, email follow-up, and promo videos.

This limited-time offer applies to subscriptions started during the promotional period. The promotional period may end at any time without notice. After the offer ends, standard pricing applies to all new sign-ups; existing subscriptions remain at their locked-in rate.
If you sign up during this offer, your locked-in rate stays in effect for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will rejoin at whatever the current standard rate is at that time.
All subscriptions are monthly recurring and can be cancelled at any time. Billing is handled by our payment processor.
Lernel subscriptions are sold and billed through our payment processor, Paddle (Paddle.com Inc., Merchant of Record for U.S. transactions; Paddle.com Market Limited for transactions in the rest of the world). All refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with the terms below.
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact Paddle at https://paddle.net before the 14-day period expires.
This 14-day cancellation right does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to Products which you have had the benefit of.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. To cancel your subscription, contact Paddle at https://paddle.net at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date.
If you are within a free trial period and wish to avoid being charged, cancel before the trial period expires by contacting Paddle at https://paddle.net.

You own your business data, your brand, the materials you provide, and your audience (students) together with their data. Your students pay you directly through your own Stripe account — Lernel never sits between you and your money. You can request a full export of your data at any time. Upon cancellation or end of subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
The course we generate for you is built and run on the Lernel hosted platform as part of your active subscription; hosting and automation stop when your subscription ends. Full ownership of, and any handover or export of, the generated course vests once your free trial has converted to a paid subscription. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial (before any payment), the generated build is deactivated and you retain the brand, materials, and data you provided.
Lernel does not guarantee any specific income, profit, student count, or business outcome. Selling a course takes time and depends on factors including your topic, effort, market conditions, and execution. Revenue figures mentioned anywhere on the website or in marketing materials are illustrative only, not promises.

The service cannot be used for illegal activity, spam, fraud, harassment, hate speech, or harmful content. You are responsible for the content you approve for publication. We reserve the right to refuse service for any account that violates these terms.
We may terminate service for violation of these terms with notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle at https://paddle.net or by emailing us at hello@lernel.ai. Upon cancellation, your course hosting and automation will stop at the end of your current billing period. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
Lernel and Offerae LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This offer's terms (free setup + locked-in rate) will not be retroactively changed for customers already enrolled at this rate.
